Where to park at the Boll Family YMCA

Get the Park Detroit app from the App store for iPhone or the Google Play store for Android devices. You can find, reserve and pay for parking using the app.
Visit parkdetroit.us for more info.

If you don’t want to use the Park Detroit app, you’ll need to find a pay station or park in a spot that has its own meter.
If you are using a pay station take note of the zone you’ve parked in, you’ll need that info when it’s time to pay.

The Opera Theater parking garage is located at 1426 Broadway St., directly across the street from the Boll Family YMCA.
The Z Parking Garage can be accessed from Grand River.
ParkMe.com shows all nearby parking, rates, and distance. Be sure to check prior to your trip as rates typically go up on event days.

Both are free in 2024!
Park along the People Mover route at Greektown Casino, Renaissance Center, or other lots downtown.
Catch the Q-Line at one of its 12 stops and take it for free to the Grand Circus stop. It’s a short walk to the Y from there.

There is a SMART bus stop at Woodward and Clifford.
There are DDOT stops at Woodward and Grand River and Woodward and Adams.

There is a bike rack in front of the building near the people mover station. Secure your bike and come on in!
