Fresh Baskets 2023 Impact
As a direct result of the generosity of organizations and individuals like you, 425 families enjoyed a holiday feast with their closest loved ones this holiday season. Thanksgiving could have been a difficult time for some families this year but because of our Fresh Baskets Project, a foundation of food, tradition, and togetherness continued.

Adopt-a-Family at the Y

2023 STEPtember Challenge Winners
During the STEPtember Challenge, we challenged everyone using the YMCA Detroit app to get at least 114,000 steps in before September 30th (that’s 1.71 miles per day/3,800 steps per day). We’re excited to announce the 2023 STEPtember Challenge winners!

Ukrainian Voices In Concert at the Detroit YMCA’s Marlene Boll Theatre
We are truly saddened to cancel the Voices of Ukraine musical experience scheduled for July 27 and 28, 2023. The extraordinary security concerns associated with the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine prohibits many of the performers from legally and safely traveling to the United States.
