Carls Family YMCA

Lauren Thomas kicked off Women’s History Month at the Carls Family YMCA with trivia! She encouraged members to learn about the many women who have made an impact on our world. Lauren makes a lasting impact on youth every week while sparking creativity, play, and a safe place in Child Watch. In essence of Women’s History Month, we launched our first employee resource group: Women’s Leadership Resource Network. Female-identifying staff members also engaged in a national one day virtual conference.
