1hTiny Chefs – Level 2 RegisterDates: 5/10/24–5/31/24Each week youth will follow a different written recipe to create a healthy snack or dish. Recipes change for each session to introduce youth to a wide range of food and provide more opportunity to practice and develop new skills. Skills taught in level 2 will be more in depth and advanced than those taught in Level 1 and will include the use of various heating elements: microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, griddle, and more.

30mPreschool Ballet RegisterDates: 5/4/24–6/22/24This class introduces the essentials of ballet technique: developing strength and flexibility while exploring how dancers move. Working in class will improve fitness levels and coordination so that dancers can experiment with movement combinations and learn sequences of choreography.

Dress attire Recommended for class:Girls – pink tights, solid color leotard, and pink ballet shoes (ballet skirt is optional). Long hair in a bun. Short hair pulled back.Boys – Dance belt (supportive underwear), black tights or shorts, solid color t-shirt, and black ballet shoes. - 9:30 am
30mHipHop RegisterDates: 5/4/24–6/22/24Hip Hop is a fast, high energy type of dance seen in music videos and commercials. Dance moves seen in performances by artists such as Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Justin Bieber and J Lo would be typical examples of Hip Hop. In this class, students learn the necessary elements of jazz which are crucial to succeed in Hip Hop. Students will learn coordination, balance, and the ability to memorize routines. From one age level to the next, classes expand into more complex moves and routines.
Dress Attire:
Boys & Girls: Loose fitting, comfortable clothes and gym shoes (no jeans).

30mGeneration Pound RegisterDates: 5/4/24–6/22/24Generation Pound is not just a workout geared towards kids, but a MOVEMENT that aims to change the concept of health and fitness for today’s youth. Get ready to make fitness about self-expression, self-love and FUN! How? By introducing alternative ways to MOVE, ROCK, PLAY and MAKE NOISE!
This youth-oriented program fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills. By combining exercise and interactive activities, kids will learn new ways to explore motion, embrace their creativity and ROCKOUT – ultimately building strength, confidence and self-awareness.

The status of afternoon and evening classes and programs will be re-evaluated at noon on that day. We update our schedules as often as possible to keep them timely, but we’re unable to present up-to-the-minute accuracy.
