Y Media Works
Empowering youth to become content creators.
Y Arts’ Y Media Works is a highly engaging youth media production program that has been serving Metro Detroit youth since 2008. The program includes youth media classes offered during and after school, as well as a four-week intensive media internship program and a virtual media production club for teens.
Our goal is to empower youth voice in content creation and help young learn responsible approaches to media, both in consumption and production. Student projects can be seen on our YouTube page.
