Healthy, Crispy and Full of Flavor! Sweet Potato Fries are a kid-approved substitute packed full of great nutrients.

Tip: Have kids help create fun shapes to cut your fries (circles, wedges, etc..)

Ingredients

  • 2-3 large sweet potatoes
  • 1⁄4 cup olive oil or melted
  • coconut oil
  • Spices of choice: garlic, sea
    salt, pepper, basil, oregano,
    thyme, paprika, and cayenne

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix olive oil and spices into small bowl
  3. Slice sweet potatoes and put them onto a large baking
    sheet
  4. Pour oil/seasoning mixture over fries and toss by hand
    to evenly coat them
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes or more until slightly browned and
    tender
