Healthy, Crispy and Full of Flavor! Sweet Potato Fries are a kid-approved substitute packed full of great nutrients.
Tip: Have kids help create fun shapes to cut your fries (circles, wedges, etc..)
Ingredients
- 2-3 large sweet potatoes
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil or melted
- coconut oil
- Spices of choice: garlic, sea
salt, pepper, basil, oregano,
thyme, paprika, and cayenne
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix olive oil and spices into small bowl
- Slice sweet potatoes and put them onto a large baking
sheet - Pour oil/seasoning mixture over fries and toss by hand
to evenly coat them - Bake 25-30 minutes or more until slightly browned and
tender
