An exciting small group training routine is underway at the Farmington Family YMCA. This fall, members can spice up their workouts with TRX Training!
TRX is effective at building core stability and total body strength. Each movement requires activation of the core muscles, making for a unique program that is fun and as challenging as necessary.
Each of the trainers on staff at the Farmington Y will be teaching a small group training session. Every exercise can easily be progressed or regressed to fit the needs of each individual participant. Anyone from young athletes to seniors can be challenged in a safe, small group environment. This fitness technique can be scaled easily by simply changing the angle of the body to either increase or decrease intensity.
Small groups are available for all members. Small groups are intended to bridge the gap between Group Fitness and the customization and personal attention that 1 on 1 Personal Training provides.
